Jump Trading Group is a research-driven quantitative electronic trading firm with 1300+ employees and over a dozen offices across the globe. We were founded in the trading pits of Chicago in 1999 by our two owners who are still actively involved in our organization. Our ASIC story started in 2017 by hiring a small team of engineers. This team was a natural progression from our background in FPGA technology. The ASIC team is now leading several exciting hardware initiatives that will continue to push our firm into the future of trading. Our small, in-house teams can engineer to our own requirements and specifications, as we only build products for our own use.
